To live here on the 23rd of June was a real gift “From the rising of the sun to its setting”, we spent the time in thanksgiving for the 128 years of life of the Society.  We started by sending to all the communities the text of the AXIS discerned to enlighten our chapter process and at the same time our congratulations for the common feast.

The Holy Eucharist and the morning prayer gave us the opportunity to celebrate “Our Teresians vocation”,  to thank God and our Founder Father for the life of the Society, of penetrating into the sentiment of St. Henry when he founded  and then when He separated himself from her and came to this place...  And to pray that the Holy Spirit may renew her so that all of us who form the Society may live the passion for God and for humanity just as Jesus did.

From this moment on, our work became joyful because to end the stages of work and look back in order to remember and be grateful for what have been accomplished.  It is always a reason for happiness.  We ended the work of Constitutions, which, has been started earlier and now was intensified during the last four year.  We thanked the team that worked on the Constitutions and we thanked Georgina for her dedication to the topic.  We took up the conclusion of the work that had been done these days, we discussed some points of general interest; we evaluated very positively our meeting, we prayed and ... we celebrated the Eucharist for the closing.
