    Although some of our sisters earn salaries, many work without pay. Yet, besides the normal expenses of everyday living (housing, food, clothing, insurance) that must be paid by the Society, religious life has additional built-in expenses, including the education and formation of the Sisters; maintaining a vocation program; and the support of infirm and elderly Sisters. Salaries alone are not enough to cover such expenses, and we must rely on financial aid from friends and benefactors - those who believe in our lifestyle and mission, and who are able to assist us.
