April 2: Celebration in Tortosa
A solemn Triduum, Eucharist, conferences, vigils, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Processions and singing the Te Deum were all part of the Jubilee. Everyone shared this joyous occasion with gratitude and the same desire of deepening in the knowledge of the sanctity of our Founder Father. The two Teresian Sisters who were miraculously cured through the intercession of Fr. Henry were also present. The Sisters of the whole Society joined the Jubilee in Tortosa with similar celebrations. |
The Feast of the Sacred Heart, the second special day of celebration of this joyous occasion, was held in Tarragona.
Eight vigil lights, placed in front of the altar in memory of the eight Foundresses, recalled their response to God’s call to them through the Charism of St. Henry.
